1-2-1 Pilates Training
Feel the new you with Pilates training!
Pilates training sessions are block booked in 6's & 12's and last 45 minutes
Individual sessions on a 1-2-1 basis are £45
A block of 6 Pilates 1-2-1's are £260
A block of 12 Pilates 1-2-1's are £500
Couples(or friends) sessions on a 2-2-1 basis are £60
A block of 6 Pilates 2-2-1's are £330
A block of 12 Pilates 2-2-1's are £600
Counselling

You will work with David to create a safe space in which to explore your thoughts and feelings. David is an empathic and compassionate therapist who believes in equality and access to positive mental health.
Prior to the first session there will be a 20-30 minute phone call to discuss what brings you to therapy and what your goals are. During this meet and greet David will explain how he works as an integrative psychotherapist. If you both decide to work together there will be an assessment and contracting session where you will plan how to work together. The therapeutic process is an alliance, David believes you should be a participant in, rather than a subject of therapy.
Each session lasts 50 minutes.

The first session includes a free consultation, please give yourself an extra 30 minutes.

Reflexology
Reflexology treatment £60

Book a course of 6 Reflexology treatments for a reduced price of £50 per treatment.
That would be £300 for a course of 6 foot reflexology treatments!

Please note that for any cancellation under 24hrs notice will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the full cost of the session cancelled.
